Documents to present
- – Maritime Health Declaration signed by the Commander and the Ship’s Doctor (when present)
- – Any other documentation required by sector regulations and/or Ministerial Circulars
Release times
Immediate response (via e-mail via our certified e-mail on certified e-mail from the competent Port Authority/non-pec to the boatswains; from July 2018 the submitter of the request can download the LPS with “handwritten signature” directly from the public area of the NSIS application – USMAF).
Costs
There is no fee for release via radio/email.
