After graduating in Management Engineering, Antonella Scardino began her career at Capgemini SpA. In 2007, she joined EY Advisory SpA – a leading provider of consulting services to public and private entities – where she gained vast professional experience in areas that are particularly relevant for the challenges that the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority will have to face in the next 4 years.

She played an important role in EY Spa, as contact person for Italy’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and Port Authorities.

On behalf of public and private bodies, such as the European Commission, the Italian Government, Harbourmasters, Port Authorities, Ferrovie dello Stato Group, Energy & Utility companies, she developed and coordinated various projects in the fields of ports, logistics, rail transport, Economic and Special Zones, local public transport, energy and the environment.

In all these areas she led initiatives related to strategic and operational development, digital transformation, real estate, corporate organization and reorganization, procurement and optimization of processes connected to the entire life cycle of relevant business models.
