The legislative decree of 4 August 2016 n.169 provides for the establishment, within each Port Authority, of the Sea Resource Partnership Committee.
The Sea Resource Partnership Committee carries out consultative functions and expresses opinions regarding the administrative activities of the port and in particular on:
the adoption of the port system master plan;
the adoption of the three-year operational plan;
the draft budget and final balance sheet;
the determination of the levels of services rendered within the port system;
the composition of the instruments referred to in art.9, co.5 letter. I) of law 84/94.
In the matters falling within the competence of the Sea Resource Partnership Committee, the NASPA Management Committee must take into account the orientations that emerged within the Sea Resource Partnership Committee and, if its resolutions deviate from them, this choice must be motivated.
Composition of the Partnership Committee
The Partnership Body is made up of the President of the Port Authority who presides over it, the Commander of the Port Authority, as well as representatives of the industrialists and operators referred to in articles 16 and 18 l. 84/94, shippers, intermodal logistics operators, maritime agents and agents and workers of companies operating in the port.
