The Directorate is made up of two areas and deals with the concession and valorisation of state property.
Competency of the Structure
The Property Management Directorate handles the procedures for granting concessions of state property and the technical and administrative processes for the assessment and evaluation of projects related to works, facilities, and structures to be carried out on the granted state properties.
