The Department, comprised of three units, handles the financial planning of the Authority.
Competency of the Structure
Planning and Finance Department prepares both the budget and the financial statements, manages treasury operations, and handles administrative and tax-related accounting activities concerning collections and payments. It also monitors affiliated companies, controls, and reports on funding from external entities. The Department is responsible for the administrative activities related to public works tenders, services, and supplies, as well as the procedures for assignment through MEPA and CONSIP. It also oversees compliance with Anti-corruption, Transparency, and Quality regulations.
