Bureau Veritas renews ISO 9001:2015 certification for the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority

Venice, April 7, 2026 – Today, at the headquarters of the Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico Settentrionale, the official presentation of the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Conformity took place. The certificate was presented by Enrico Bordon, Zone Sales Coordinator & Large Client Manager of the Certification Division of Bureau Veritas Italy, to President Matteo Gasparato and Secretary General Roberto Mantovanelli.

The renewal of the quality management system certification follows an audit conducted in March by the Certification Body’s team, which highlighted the Authority’s consistent process oversight and the active involvement of all departments.

This milestone represents a significant achievement, reflecting the daily commitment of staff to improving internal organization through process optimization, monitoring of critical areas, and strengthening support for port operators and users.

The renewal of the certification represents an important recognition of the work carried out by the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority team, focused on continuous growth with particular attention to people, service quality, and the future development of the port system.

The Authority will continue to invest in quality, innovation, and service improvement, with the aim of making the North Adriatic Sea ports increasingly modern, competitive, and in line with the needs of the region.

This initiative goes hand in hand with the certification of the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, an area in which the Authority intends to continue investing to safeguard the environmental balance of its port system.
