Venice, July 3, 2025 – Venice will host the second edition of the Adria Shipping Summit, the leading event for the maritime and logistics sector of the Upper Adriatic.
Promoted by the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority and the International Propeller Club-Port of Venice, and organized by Clickutility Team, the event will take place at the Auditorium Santa Margherita of Ca’ Foscari University, focusing on the theme “The Future of the Adriatic in Global Scenarios,” a vital link connecting Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia.
Venice confirms its role as a key player in an evolving port system, an essential junction for Italy and Europe on the logistics, industrial, and energy fronts: a strategic gateway, Venice, Trieste, and Ravenna meet to strengthen collaborations and synergies between ports, industry, and local communities.
The program will consist of four thematic sessions, with a special focus on the integration between ports and industry.
Discussions will be held on back-ports, industrial settlements, digitalisation, and new transport opportunities, with talks by experts, academics, and institutional representatives.
The summit, which will take place on July 3, will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Port of Venice and networking events in the evenings.
