Secretary General

Born in Verona in 1980, he holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Padua. Over the course of his professional career, he has held executive and governance positions within complex organisations, developing solid experience both in the private sector, in the field of management consulting, and in the management of public and infrastructure services. His expertise includes senior strategic administration, planning, logistics, infrastructure, and public utilities management.

From July 2023 to February 2026, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sogesid S.p.A., an in-house company of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The company specialises in coordinating technical and design activities supporting central and local Public Administrations. His work contributed to the implementation of strategic initiatives for ecological transition, environmental protection, infrastructure development, sustainable logistics, and the enhancement of port areas.

Since 2018, he has served as Chairman of Acque Veronesi, the company responsible for managing the Integrated Water Service across 77 municipalities in the Province of Verona.

Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aqua Publica Europea, the European association of publicly owned water operators. Since June 2021, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Utilitalia, the federation representing companies operating in the public water, environmental, electricity, and gas services sectors, where he has served as Vice President since July 2024.

Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Board of Confservizi Veneto – Friuli Venezia Giulia.
