The Port of Venice participates in Break Bulk Europe 2016, the largest exhibition forum in the world addressing the needs of traditional breakbulk and project cargo logistics professionals.

This year appointment (the third for Venice Port Authority) is particularly important, considering new relevant perspectives deriving from the end of Iran's embargo (already impacting on major traffics for the Venetian hub) and many successes and case histories occurred in 2015 in the field of breakbulk and project cargoes, mostly connected to the activities of international industrial companies located both in the Northern-Est of Italy and in the Venice port area itself.

15 logistic operators will be in Antwerp: representatives of Multiservice and Transped terminals (specialized in breakbulk and project cargoes) and Venice Ro Port Mos (the Ro-Ro terminal operating the service Venice-Patrass and the fully intermodal service Venice-Frankfurt; for freight forwarders Veneta Lombarda and Assosped and for maritime and ship agents Mirco Santi, Minucci, Radonicich and Bassani.

On the occasion on the Fair the new breakbulk brand THE ART OF BREAKBULK: SINCE FOREVER will be launched. The brand is based on Venice breakbulk history.
