The Port of venice at Transport & Logistic Munich
Intermodality and sustainability as the key words connected to the participation of the Port of Venice in Transport & Logistic in Munich from 4 to 7 June, the the most relevant exhibition at a global level for the major logistic players.
Thanks to the 2018 railway traffic records and the service connecting Venice to Duisburg launched a few months ago, the Veneto hub presents its services in the field of the sustainable transport within the framework of the seminar "How to improve multimodal enviromentally friendly freight solutions in Central Europe" due to be held on June 6 at 2:00 pm at Pavilion B, and promoted by the TALKNET project, funded by the European Program Central Europe, of which the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority is a lead partner.
15 port operators were in Munich at the booth 329 in the Hall B3, as a stand focused on the "Bridging the World. Since Forever" brand, dedicated to the millenary ability of Venice to always connect the world, and reflecting the natural vocation of Venice and its port to create bridges and connections not only between markets, but between cultures and continents.
In the last edition the Transport & Logistic registered over 2000 exhibitors and over 60,000 visitors from 123 countries.
