International Seminar: "Adriatic Baltic corridor: the NAPA perspective"

The event was held on last Thursday at Spazioporto, Venice and was participated by over 50 operators representing logistics sector at a European level.

The Seminar was organized on the occasion of the European Intermodal Association (EIA, based in Brussels) General Assembly and promoted by Venice Port Authority and the NAPA Ports (North Adriatic Ports Association).

The debate mainly focused on the development of the European Corridor.
The meeting was also promoted within the project ITS Adriatic Multiport Gateway, a project led by Venice Port Authority and funded with 1.4 million euros through the European Programme Motorways of the Sea, which is also jointly participated by all the NAPA Ports.

The project is in line with the TEN-T European Policies and intends to harmonize Intelligent Transport System Services (ITS) among the five involved Ports, fostering the strengthening of Ports infrastructures as a support to European markets.
